The resulting products are therefore clean label (<5 natural ingredients), authentic (unique MyoFerm muscle structure) and nutritious (higher DIAAS than beef). Adamo has completed a B2B pilot for its first end user product prototype, a filet steak alternative, and has secured excellent feedback, with 5 LoIs to distribute products from some of the largest wholesalers in Europe.
