Established in 2022, CSR embarked on a mission to produce and provide fermentable sugars from starchy waste streams for establishing cost-effective biobased refineries. Drawing upon extensive expertise in valorising agricultural and industrial residues into value-added chemicals and fuels, our team is rooted in backgrounds spanning Microbiology, Chemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, and Fermentation technology. The team has expanded this vision to include the creation of chemical building blocks and alcohols via green biological routes for applications in the cosmetic industry using fermentable sugars extracted from waste feedstocks.
