According to the European Parliament study: "AI investment: EU and global indicators", the global AI market was valued at over €130 billion in 2023 and is expected to grow substantially by 2030, up to nearly €1.9 trillion. It is already being used to revolutionise many sectors. Here we take a look at some concrete examples of how AI is being used in the bio-based industries.
