With the abolition of EU milk quotas in 2015, Ireland is set to increase its dairy output by more than 50% over the next five years. Ambitious plans for 2020 include further improving on the award-winning reductions in energy usage, waste and emissions, and ensuring 100% of the dairy ingredients are sustainably sourced.
