The BIC evolution in 2020 and beyond. Annual Report 2020 now published

The BIC Annual Report 2020 encapsulates key achievements and impact of BIC and member activities. Despite 2020 being marked by transition and economic uncertainty, the commitment of BIC members has never been more important in surmounting the economic and societal challenges identified in the European Green Deal.

As our sector and members continue to evolve to meet these challenges, the BIC organisation is too. In 2020, we made substantial progress on a more ambitious 1 billion EUR partnership with the EU – Circular Bio-based Europe (CBE) culminating in a formal agreement between BIC and the European Commission earlier this year. 2020 was also a year of evolution for the BIC organisation as we expanded our service to members with new initiatives.
