Nausika Hanioti, Menelaos Neofotistos and Anastasia Perouli are in Team Citrion from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece.

Each year 40k tons of bitter orange rot in the streets of Athens. Among the negative externalities are car accidents, floods, millions for municipal clean up and inefficient waste management EU bans, aesthetic issues and many other. The team's idea is to isolate high-value components for bitter oranges. 

Team Citrion were the winners of BISC-E 2020. The Dutch team Suckerspheres came in second place and the Finnish team ZeoPack came third
