Philippe Mengal becomes Executive Director of the Bio-based Industries Consortium

The Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) Governance Board has announced the appointment of Philippe Mengal as BIC’s new Executive Director. On 2 March 2026, Mengal succeeded Dirk Carrez, who has led the organisation since its inception.
