The Setúbal Industrial Complex is located on the Mitrena peninsula, near the city of Setúbal, Portugal. The site is home to a pulp mill (Navigator Pulp Setubal SA) and two paper mills (Navigator Paper Setubal SA). The two paper mills from Setúbal Industrial Complex produce Uncoated WoodFree paper (UWF). With the two mills, total paper production capacity at the Setúbal site stands at close to 775 thousand tons a year. Thanks to constant investment in operational efficiency and environmental performance, this complex is regarded as a European benchmark in the manufacture of pulp and UWF paper.
