BGreen is a startup company founded in late 2019, active in the industrial biotechnology sector, and based at Kilometro Rosso Innovation District, Italy. BGreen owns 3 trademarks, two of which protect its research projects, while one concerns an event. Eglix® is the trademark that protects our research and development and products derived from Euglena gracilis, a microalgae capable of synthesizing a polysaccharide that is used in various industrial sectors, including food, feed, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, bioplastics, and biostimulants. MyChS® is our brand name for research and products related to the production of natural dyes from filamentous fungi. Dyes intended, to date, for the textile sector. We collaborate with several national and international textile companies and can dye both natural and synthetic fibers. BioTopics® is an annual event organized by BGreen Technologies since 2021, aimed at exploring the potential of biotechnology as a key factor for sustainable innovation.
