All BIC members are duty-bound to adhere to the stringent ethics and standards of business professionalism in any conduct undertaken within the remit of their membership or activities within the framework of the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU) programme . Members are obligated as part of their adherence to section 4 of the BIC statutes to exercise the highest levels of integrity and act in good faith. All members who fail to comply with these rules through dishonest conduct may have their membership terminated with immediate effect. BIC remains strongly committed to ensuring the professional conduct of our membership based on our shared values of integrity and the common objectives that unite us.
